Why Does My Dog Rub Against Me

the Tour

The next Tuesday, November 27 will perform at the Union Club in Costa Rica (Salon Alfredo Echandi) for the MSDN Tour de Microsoft. (8 am to 12 pm)

The presentation I have selected is SQL Server: Storing unstructured or semi-structured
Recommended Audience: Developers, Database Professionals, DBAs.

Storing unstructured or semi-structured, relational databases, and DBAs who administer them are used to store structured data. According to Gartner, 80% of the data of a corporation are semi-structured data or unstructured data (which can store and retrieve data in a database in the relational schema). During this session we will review what represents this information, what options exist for storage and there are options for searching. DBAs attention - not all relational color!

That same day they will be presenting a session on Monitoring with System Center Operations Manager 2007.
